Build in Public University ยท public architecture shelf

The architecture exists to keep claims attached to receipts.

This site maps the current one-node Atlas network: the capability arena, the forecasting harness, and the public tracking instrument. It is not a launch claim. It is a diagram of the machinery that should make launch claims harder to fake, including by us.

What this architecture is for

The system is designed around a dull proposition: every outward claim needs a pre-committed return path. If the system predicts, it must settle. If it posts, it must count. If it takes money, it must confront retention.

The diagrams are not decoration. They are maps of accountability surfaces: where data enters, where judgment happens, where outside reality gets a vote, and where raw receipts have to survive long enough to embarrass the thesis.
